SCALABLE MANUFACTURING

AQUILA’s flexible facility configuration and controlled processes enable our teams to absorb large-scale production changes in volume, capacity, or capability. Our manufacturing floor is easily configurable to support multiple engineering and pro­duction runs and includes available space for receiving, inventory, systems integration, test, packaging, and shipping.

TESTING

AQUILA’s substantial experience in manufacturing equipment to DOD specifications enables our clients to navigate the performance of First Article and Conformal Testing to MIL STD requirements, including tests for operability and reliability; environmental testing per MIL-STD-810; nuclear survivability per “QSTAG 244 Edition 4, Jan 92, SUBJ: Nuclear Survivability Criteria for Military Equipment”; EMI requirements per MIL-STD-461D; and conformal testing and sampling for production units.
