Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of large multi-discipline projects and/or medium sized projects with high degree of technical complexity. Will be involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently. Will establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Will coordinate design development and contract document work sessions in conjunction with client representatives and appropriate technical team members. Will be responsible for organizing staffing and workload through the entire project development to accurately complete documents on schedule. Will be responsible for execution of training for personnel as established by strategic plans. Will work with Accounting Manager and Executive Management for project reviews and external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. Will be responsible for implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. In guiding each project through its life cycle, the Project Manager will also perform market research, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to illustrate the project’s relation to corporate development activities.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 10+ years of project management experience in a technical field. Familiar with Microsoft Office and estimating and scheduling software. Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication both written and verbal skills. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a valid security clearance.
